Harrisburg, PA's Southern Gateway Project is expected to be funded in February with an initial amount of $100 Million from the state. This is a $1.6 Billion project that will bring thousands of jobs along with new housing, office and retail square footage of 3 million square feet. Termed as the FIRST "Green Urban Neighborhood" in the country, we can expect eyes from around the country to be watching the progression of this amazing redevelopment of poorly used space.
